The Genuine delivers an elevated dining experience built around Chef Jeremy Pacheco and The Genuine team’s menu of shareable, wood-fired cuisine. Think House-Made Garlic Knot Pull-Apart Bread, Wood Oven Roasted Mussels with orange blossom ale and Schreiner’s sausage, or Charred Spanish Octopus, cooked to order inside the open kitchen’s custom Forno Bravo oven. Plus, the kitchen at The Genuine will serve as an R&D space for menu items that may soon appear at other Genuine Concepts locations. This, all paired with The Genuine's selection of local craft beers, wines by the glass, and cocktails, including their signature smoked old fashioned, Up In Smoke.
